Questions
Do I need to install anything?
No. It runs in your browser on desktop and phone. Recording needs microphone permission, which your browser asks for.
Can I make my voice sound like a famous artist?
No. Use your own voice and voices you have the rights to. Imitating real artists without permission isn't allowed, and it can get you in legal trouble. The studio is about new sounds for your voice.
Is my audio private?
Yes. Your takes are only visible to your account. Audio is sent to ElevenLabs only when you choose to convert a take. See the Privacy Policy.
Can I install it like an app?
Yes. On iPhone, open the site in Safari, tap Share, then Add to Home Screen. On Android, Windows or Mac, use Install app in Chrome or Edge (in the address bar or the menu), or the 📲 Install app button in the studio. It gets its own icon and window, and always stays up to date.
What happens when the free pass ends?
You keep your welcome tokens and your takes, and everyday features stay free up to 20 a day. AI voice uses tokens. Uploads from a pass that isn't followed by a purchase are removed 30 days after it ends, and the studio shows you the date.
